Apple Picking

Harvest Time has gone through a transformation in the past few years! Pick-Your-Own apples is back on our schedule. The yearly schedule is NOT determined until mid- to late- August so check back here to see what this year's schedule for apple picking will be. Check our facebook page for more current information

To Be Determined	Gala	Gala is an early fall variety, usually ripening around the first weekend in September.
To Be Determined	McIntosh	McIntosh is an early fall variety, usually ripening in the first 2 weeks of September.
To Be Determined	Honey Crisp	Honey Crisp is THE favorite variety for many poeple. It usually ripens in mid-September.
To Be Determined	Jonathan	Jonathan is a favorite for many bakers. It's sweet, tangy flavor adds robustness to pies and desserts! It usually ripens in mid-September.
To Be Determined	Red Delicious	Red Delicious is the most popular apple variety. It is a beautiful, deep red apple. Red Delicious usually ripens at the end of September or early Ocotber.
To Be Determined	Golden Delicious	Golden Delicious is the best kept secret of apples. It is a crunchy, sweet apple that is great for baking and eating out of hand! It's sweet flavor means you can add LESS sugar to your recipes. Colden Delicious usually ripens in early Ocotber.
To Be Determined	Empire	Empire is a wonderfully flavored cross between McIntosh and Red Delicious. It usually ripens in late September to early October.
